Middle & High School Summer Learning

The high school summer learning is focused on credit recovery. This started on June 7 and will finish on July 16. This is segmented out for math and English through June 22 and Science and History will run for the second session.
The middle school summer programming started yesterday at Southeastern Stokes Middle School. Our middle school program runs for five weeks.

Stokes County Schools 2020-2021 Steps Taken to Re-Launch AND Survey

Stokes County Schools is committed to offering the highest quality education for our students while maintaining a clean and safe environment during these unprecedented times. These were the steps taken to ensure a safe and positive re-launch. Please complete SURVEY at the end of this document.

Summer School Registration

Students wishing to attend summer school for credit recovery should complete the 2021 Summer School Registration and return it to Mr. Sauer.


In the event of rain, each senior will have six tickets to distribute to whomever they like.
Masks and social distancing are not required inside or outside at graduation, but recommended for those not vaccinated.

2020-2021 School Year: NC Pandemic Electronic Benefits (P-EBT)

The Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) program helps families purchase food for children whose access to free or reduced-priced meals at school has been impacted by COVID-19 because students are learning virtually, outside of brick-and-mortar schools. P-EBT is a collaboration between the NC Department of Health and Human Services and the NC Department of Public Instruction.
